How to Beat Nyleth: A Silksong Memory Boss Guide
If the secret entrance near Grand Gate has already introduced players to Seth the bouncer, then Nyleth is the botanical headliner who waits backstage with a grudge and an unreasonable amount of pollen. By 2026, the Hollow Knight: Silksong community has pretty much mapped every petal of this memory boss, and the verdict is in: Nyleth is the easiest of the three Old Heart bosses—once someone stops fighting the arena and starts fighting the flower. Let’s break down how to turn this giant blossom into compost.
How to Actually Find Nyleth
This area is blacked out on the map, so plenty of players assume she’s hiding in the Blasted Steps. Nope. The real route starts at the Choral Chambers Ventrica Station. From there, descend to the Grand Gate, then drop to the bottom of the scale platform where the previous lift waited. Use Silk Soar to slip up through the ceiling. A small path leads to an elevator shaft, and about halfway down the left wall there is a breakable entrance—easy to miss if someone is speedrunning with too much confidence.
Inside, break the vines below to open the main chamber. Then follow the little flower maze until it spits out into a long corridor heading west. Take down Seth, and Nyleth is finally available for an audience.
Memory Fight Preparation 🧠
Here’s the kicker: Nyleth is a memory fight, meaning players battle a past version of the boss. That comes with a huge perk. Every red tool can be spammed without needing to recraft after waking up. No runback, no penalty—so it’s the perfect time to be aggressive.
